Hi everyone, its ~xBell-flowerx here! Just updating you all on the club. Wait times for things like submissions and joins may be a bit longer, I am working two jobs right now so its a bit difficult for me to come on all the time and update. But please be patient, I'll try and get online as much as I can to do some updates every so often. Just a few things you guys as members and potential members can do to stop the overflow of our inbox, if you guys can follow these, it would make it a million times more efficient and a lot easier on me and the other staff! Thanks so much!

Ok, So #1 Please please please stop favouriting here, it doesn't take much longer to click on the links and favourite at the original. We cannot make it any easier for you guys, and if you really truly enjoyed the piece, you would take the little extra effort and click that link so the original artist gets credit.

#2 Please only subject the notes with things like "submission" or "join" etc. subjects such as "Kingdom Hearts" will slow the club down because I read and respond to the notes in a specific order, and trust me, proper subject lines can save me a whole lot of time and effort.

#3 I'm sorry to say this, but I'm gonna have to start judging all linearts or doodles as incomplete sketches because we get so many of them, its just technically not allowed and I've been submitting them anyways, but they take up too much time for things that aren't complete. So again, sorry about this, but please refrain from sending submission notes for these, they will be ignored from here on out.

#4 Ok, a biggie, please stop sending notes with links to your entire gallery or saying "go look at my gallery and pick out what you want to submit" its not our responsibility to pick out deviations, its YOUR job to choose what you want to submit, and to keep it within the daily limitations. From now on, if you send a note with more than 2 submission links, I will submit the first two and ignore the rest.

#5 And I believe this is my final one, please refrain from sending too many notes or comments to the club. Any join requests left on the front page aren't seen and cause extra time and effort to go back and re-edit the list and update, so they will be ignored now. Do not respond to the notes sent back unless requested. Do not comment on old journal posts unless you have a problem, even then you should just send a note. And sending multiple comments, one after the other does not make us work faster, so please do not do "join plz?" "Can I join?" "I don't think I'm added" "Why can't I join". Some people believe doing this a few times a day will increase the staff going online. It doesn't. Its just really annoying and time consuming to read all of the notes.

Sorry for the massive list of things for a journal guys, I'm just finding that the club will run a lot smoother for everyone if these rules are followed. If you guys have any urgent problems or want a quicker response to something that doesn't involve joins or submissions, feel free to leave a note on my account, theres a chance I'll get to it faster. Until then, keep joining and submitting, all of your works are amazing! This club is lucky to have so many amazing members, so keep up the good work

Put the club avatar in your journal. It helps spread the word of the club.
DevWatch the club - that way, you'll hear any important announcements.

[~Submissions~]

When submitting works to the club, send a note with a URL to the deviation. PLEASE limit yourself to two works per day and please also only submit COMPLETE and FINISHED pieces, no sketches!

[~Join~]

Read the few rules we have.
Send a note to the club with "JOIN" in the subject. DA has removed the note shortcut for some reason, so fdrom now on you'll have to go to your messages + notes + write khiiclub as recipient.
